At Poppi Piercing, we want you to absolutely love your new jewelry!

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Due to health and safety regulations, pierced jewelry and permanent jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once worn or applied.

Gift cards, discounted items, and promotional purchases are also non-refundable.

Refunds & Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for store credit or refunded to the original form of payment.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Poppi Piercing reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

How to Return

We’ll reply with simple instructions for returning your item in person or by mail.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right with a replacement or store credit.
