1. Services Provided
Poppi offers:
Professional body piercing using medical-grade standards
Permanent jewelry services (bracelets, anklets, necklaces, rings, and custom chain pieces)
High-quality jewelry sales, including 14k solid gold, 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, PVD gold, and stainless steel
Medical-grade aftercare guidance
All services are performed by trained, licensed professionals in accordance with Wisconsin regulations.

2. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are required for all services unless explicitly stated otherwise.
A deposit may be required to secure your session. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once with 24-hour notice.
Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may need to be rescheduled.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited deposit.
No-shows may be refused future bookings.
Poppi reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who has repeatedly missed appointments.

4. Age Requirements
You must bring a valid government-issued ID to your appointment.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and comply with all Wisconsin piercing laws.
We reserve the right to decline any service that appears unsafe, inappropriate, or non-compliant with state regulations.

5. Jewelry Purchases
All jewelry purchases are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.
We guarantee the material quality of our jewelry.
Poppi is not responsible for reactions caused by improper aftercare, misuse, or unknown allergies.

6. Permanent Jewelry Policy
Permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded onto the body.
All sales are final.
If your jewelry breaks within 7 days, Poppi will repair it one time at no cost. After 7 days, repair fees may apply.
We are not responsible for loss, stretching, friction damage, or breakage due to lifestyle, occupation, or misuse.

7. Piercing Policy & Risks
All piercings carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Redness, swelling, irritation, infection, migration, and scarring.
By receiving a service, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow aftercare instructions provided by Poppi.
Poppi is not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions or from activities outside our control.

8. Health Conditions & Consent
Clients must:
Disclose any relevant health conditions (bleeding disorders, medications, pregnancy, etc.)
Confirm they are sober, not under the influence, and able to consent
Poppi reserves the right to refuse service for any safety-related reason.

9. Payment Terms
We accept major forms of payment.
Payment is due in full at the time of service or purchase.
Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will be pursued to the fullest extent allowed by law.

10. Refunds & Exchanges
Because of health and safety regulations:
Services are non-refundable
Jewelry is final sale
Permanent jewelry is non-refundable and cannot be returned once welded
Exceptions may be made at Poppi’s sole discretion.

11. Photography & Marketing
With your permission, Poppi may take photos or videos of piercings or jewelry to use for marketing, social media, or educational purposes.
You may decline without affecting your service.

12. Liability Waiver
By receiving services, you agree that:
Poppi and its staff are not liable for injuries, infections, allergic reactions, or complications related to jewelry or procedures.
You release Poppi from any claims that arise from your decision to receive a service.
Clients assume full responsibility for their aftercare and lifestyle choices that may impact healing.
