Shipping Within the United States Only.

Poppi Piercing currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the method selected. Standard delivery is typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Poppi Piercing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Poppi Piercing is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.

If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Local pickup is available by appointment only. Customers will receive an email or text message to coordinate a pickup time.

Poppi also offers high-quality permanent jewelry—including bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and charms—crafted with hypoallergenic, tarnish-free materials.

At Poppi Piercing & Permanent Jewelry, all piercings are performed using a sterile, single-use needle. Non-spring loaded device piercing is available for lobes only. Poppi ensures the safest, most precise, and comfortable experience.

At Poppi, your permanent jewelry is meant to last—but life happens! If your piece ever needs an adjustment, tightening, or repair, or if you need it removed for a medical procedure simply book a jewelry re-weld/repair appointment. Fixes are complimentary the first time for existing customers after that a service fee may apply. If a chain is broken or severely damaged, replacement chain costs may apply, but I’ll always go over options with you before any work is done.

Yes, all jewelry sold at Poppi is hypoallergenic, nickle free and designed for comfort .

Poppi offers a wide selection of jewelry including hoops, studs, threadless flatbacks, charms, chains, custom pieces for permanent jewelry and more.

Poppi uses only high-quality, hypoallergenic materials including 14k solid gold, 14k gold-filled, 925 sterling silver, 18k, 24k gold and platinum PVD and medical-grade stainless steel and titanium. All pieces are tarnish-resistant, skin-safe, and designed for long-lasting wear—perfect for both fresh piercings and everyday wear.

Keep your new piercings clean and dry. Instruction will be given after your appointment.

Clean 4 times daily with Poppi's recommended medicated aftercare solution, avoid touching, and let your body heal naturally.
