Do you pierce by needle or a gun?
At Poppi Piercing & Permanent Jewelry, all piercings are performed using a sterile, single-use needle. Non-spring loaded device piercing is available for lobes only. Poppi ensures the safest, most precise, and comfortable experience.
What if my permanent jewelry needs adjustment or replacement?
At Poppi, your permanent jewelry is meant to last—but life happens! If your piece ever needs an adjustment, tightening, or repair, simply contact me to schedule a quick appointment. Most fixes are complimentary within the first 30 days and can be resolved on the spot. If a chain is broken or severely damaged, replacement chain costs may apply, but I’ll always go over options with you before any work is done.
